The development consisted of:
The conservation of Grange Castle, a Protected Structure and Recorded Monument,
The construction of a public park around the castle with landscaping
and public realm improvements to the area.
The proposed works were carried out following established good
practice for conservation. The design of the new build, modern
elements and overall context of the proposed development allow a very
important historical, archaeological, architectural and cultural site
to be maintained and utilised in a positive and viable manner.
